HPRT HK agrees to provide maintenance and warranty services for HPRT printer products ("Products") in accordance with the following terms and within the valid warranty period.
In order to ensure that customers enjoy a complete warranty period, customers must present the original proof of purchase (i.e. official receipt or proof of delivery) when using this service as a reference for the relevant warranty period, otherwise the customer agrees that HPRT HK will Delivery date or maintenance registration record to provide service.
The company is responsible for the effective warranty period, if any part of the machine is damaged and needs to be replaced or repaired, it will not charge any fees, except for the connection line/accessories and the body shell of the machine
The user shall bear the repair cost in the following cases: (a) Damage caused by water, fire, accident, negligence, improper use or abuse, input of improper voltage, normal wear and tear over time, and any unauthorized repair or modification.
If the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship or does not meet its production specifications during the warranty period, HPRT HK can provide repair services to customers without charging labor costs and parts repair fees, but customers must During the period, bring the product to HPRT HK service center for maintenance.
In case of any dispute, HPRT HK reserves the right of final decision. All parts removed from this product are owned by HPRT HK. HPRT HK may use new and/or after repair by the manufacturer for warranty repair and product replacement. Even if HPRT HK repairs or replaces the product for the customer, the original warranty period will not be extended.
This warranty service does not apply if the product is used together with other accessories, other products, accessory or peripheral instruments and the product fails, or if HPRT HK believes that the product itself is not defective. If the original serial number attached to the product is deleted or removed, this maintenance service commitment will also become invalid.
The rights and interests of this warranty service are not transferable.
This warranty service is only applicable in Hong Kong and Macau, not applicable/equivalent to overseas warranty.
All warranty repair services provided by HPRT HK will be provided in accordance with the repair service terms in effect at the time of warranty.
Seller’s responsibilities: Customers who purchase regulated electrical appliances, as specified in the Producer Eco-Responsibility Ordinance, can request our company to provide free removal service in accordance with the Removal Service Plan endorsed by the Environmental Protection Department, for the same type and quantity of used REE.
Location: Any premises in Hong Kong.
When to make request:
When a customer signs the Record of Choice of Removal Service; or
Customers can request removal service by calling us at 34273627 / Whatsapp 92672764 within 3 days after the transaction. Late requests will be deemed as no requests for the removal service.
Timing of the removal service:
Under normal circumstances, 3 working days are required to collect the used REE after entering into the contract and receipt of the service request from the customer.
The old items at the customers’ designated locations will be removed on the date specified by the customers.
No removal service is available on Sundays and public holidays.
Remarks:
The removal service may be different from the delivery and installation service. The old items pending removal can be removed in advance or placed temporarily at the premises for collection later as appropriate. Customers can contact us for arrangement.
The old items will not be returned once collected.
The old items must stand-alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles.
If the old items have serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.), our staff will have the right not to remove such items, and there will be no more free removal service for the customers.
Customers shall give no less than 2 working days' notice in respect of any request for change of delivery time, date and/or place.
In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled.
The company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors.
All personal data are for the purpose of arranging removal service for the old items only and the company shall comply fully with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be final.
